The 2nd day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch II) for the staff of Department of Food Safety conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 05th of February 2019. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd). Finance Secretariat on "Classification of Government Accounts" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
