The 4th day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch IV) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at ACSTI, Thiruvanathapuram on the 07th of February 2019. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Kerala Government Servants Conduct Rules" and the afternoon session was led by Smt.Soudamini S.kumar, Corporate Trainer on "Soft Skill Development".
