The 2nd day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch IV) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 05th of February 2019. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.Jayesh A G, Senior Grade Assistant, Finance Department on "Kerala Service Rules".
