The 4th day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch V) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvanathapuram on the 21st of February 2019.The forenoon session was led by Sri.Jayesh A G, Senior Grade Assistant, Finance Department on "Kerala Service Rules" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Tiju Thomas, Soft Skill Trainer on Soft Skill Development.
