The 2nd day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch V) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvanathapuram on the 19th of February 2019. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd). Finance Secretariat on "Classification of Government Accounts" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
