The 3rd day of five days residential training programme for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvanathapuram on the 19th of December 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Surendralal, IMG Faculty (Rtd) on "Kerala Treasury Code" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Kerala Government Servants Conduct Rules".
