The 2nd day of Refresher Course (Residential) for the Senior Accountants of Treasury Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 18th of December 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Rajesh T.Nair, District Coordinator, District Treasury, Pathanamthitta on "IFMS".The afternoon session was led by Sri.Mohana Nadha Babu, Addl.Secretary(Rtd), General Administration Department on "Conduct and General Rules".
