The 2nd day of five days residential training programme for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvanathapuram on the 18th of December 2018. The training sessions were led by Sri.Jayesh A.G., Senior Grade Assistant, Finance Secretariat on "Kerala Service Rules"
