The 6th day of 'CHAITHANYA', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Office Attendants & Clerical Assistants of Finance Secretariat was held on the 15th of December 2018. The forenoon & afternoon sessions was led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Secretariat on "Effective Financial Management".
