The 1st day of five days residential training programme (Batch I) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 17th of December 2018. Thirty One staff from Department of Higher Secondary Education attended the session. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd). Finance Secretariat on "Classification of Government Accounts" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
