The 5th day of the six day Career Enhancement Special Residential Training Programme for the officers of Kerala General Service under Finance Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 15th of November 2019. Dr.Krishna Kumar, Associate Professor, IMG led the forenoon session on "Right to Information Act, 2005". Sri.Mohananadha Babu N., Addl.Secretary (Rtd) led the afternoon session on Kerala Government Servants Conduct Rules and Disciplinary Procedures and the evening session was led by Sri.Shahul Hameed, Assistant Commissioner (Taxes) on "Goods and Services Tax".
