The first day of the six day Career Enhancement Special Residential Training Programme for the officers of Kerala General Service under Finance Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 11th of November 2019. Thirty Eight FO/FA/DA from the Kerala General Service attended the same. Training sessions were led by Sri.R S Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Financial Code" and "Stores Purchase Rules".
