The 3rd day of the six day Career Enhancement Special Residential Training Programme for the officers of Kerala General Service under Finance Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 13th of November 2019. Forenoon & afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R S Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on 'Kerala Account Code' and 'Kerala Budget Manual' .
