The 2nd day of the six day Career Enhancement Special Residential Training Programme for the officers of Kerala General Service under Finance Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 12th of November 2019. Forenoon & afternoon sessions were led by Sri.Thulaseedharan Pillai, Senior Audit Officer (Rtd), O/o Accountant General, Kerala on 'Public Works with reference to KPWD Manual, PWD Code etc' and the evening session was led by Sri.Ganesh Murthy, Assistant Treasury Officer, District Treasury, Thiruvananthapuram on 'Treasury Rules - New Initiatives in Treasury'.
