The concluding day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch III) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 25th of January 2019. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Financial Code".and "Stores Purchase Rules", respectively. Training programme concluded in the afternoon with an overall evaluation of the training programme.
