The 1st day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch III) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 21st of January 2019. Thirty Two staff from Department of Higher Secondary Education attended the session. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd). Finance Secretariat on "Classification of Government Accounts" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
