The 2nd day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch III) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 22nd of January 2019. The forenoon session was led by Smt.Soudamini S.kumar, Corporate Trainer on ""Soft Skill Development" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Kerala Government Servants Conduct Rules".
