The 3rd day of five days Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch III) for the staff of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 23rd of January 2019. The first session from 07.30 am to 09.30 am on 'Yoga at Workplace' which was led by Sri.Ratheesh Kumar V.G., Art of Living Teacher & Sri.Yousuph K.H., QCI qualified Yoga Examiner. Remaining sessions were led by Sri.Jayesh A.G., Senior Grade Assistant, Finance Secretariat on "Kerala Service Rules & NPS".
