The 4th day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 21st of July 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Manual of Disciplinary Procedures". The afternoon session was led by Smt.Premila, Under Secretary, Finance Department on "Time Bound Higher Grade".
