The 1st day of 'SAMEEKSHA',the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 11th of July 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Mohana Nadha Babu N.., Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Administrative Jurisprudence" . The afternoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Disciplinary Procedures".
