The 3rd day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 18th of July 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Ganesh Moorthy, ATO, District Treasury, Thiruvananthapuram on "Kerala Treasury Code". The afternoon session was led by Sri.Salim, Administrative Assistant (Rtd), Department of Technical Education on "KSR".
