Second day of Departmental Test Training for the staff of Finance Department was held on the 17th of July 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary(Rtd), General Administration Department on "Secretariat Office Manual" and the afternoon session was led by Sri. Ganesh Moorthy, ATO, District Treasury, Thiruvananthapuram on "Kerala Treasury Code".
