The second day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 13th of December 2021. Forenoon session was led by Sri.Mohana Nadha Babu N, Additional Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on 'Rules of Business and Secretariat Instructions' and the afternoon session was led by Smt.Sheela P, Joint Secretary, Finance Department (Senior Finance Officer, Directorate of Health Services) on "Duties and Responsibilities of Finance Officer/Financial Assistant'.
