The 3rd day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 15th of December 2021. Forenoon session was led by Sri.Mohana Nadha Babu N, Additional Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on 'KS&SSR' and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Thulaseedharan Pillai, Senior Audit Officer (Rtd), O/o Accountant General, Kerala on 'Right to Information Act'.
