The 4th day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 17th of December 2021. Training sessions were led by Sri.R S Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on 'Government Accounting and Budgeting'.
