The 15th day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held online on the 24th of January 2022. Forenoon session was led by Smt.Premila L, Deputy Secretary, Finance Department on 'Time Bound Higher Grade' and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Shahul Hameed, Senior Finance Officer (Rtd), Kerala General Service on "Project preparation, analysis and monitoring'.
