The 14th day of 'SAMEEKSHA', the Mid - Career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat was held online on the 21st of January 2022. Forenoon session was led by Sri.Shahul Hameed, Senior Finance Officer (Rtd), Kerala General Service on "Project preparation, analysis and monitoring' and the afternoon session was led by Dr.M S Raj Mohan, Section Officer, Finance Department on 'The Kerala Service Rules Part I'.
