The concluding day of three day Refresher training for the officers of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Agricultural Co-operative Staff Training Institute (ACSTI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 18th of January 2020. Sri.Mohananadha Babu N., Addl.Secretary (Rtd) led the forenoon session on Kerala Government Servants Conduct Rules and KS&SSR and the afternoon session was led by Sri.R S Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on 'Kerala Treasury Code'.
