The 1st day of three day Refresher training for the officers of Department of Higher Secondary Education conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Agricultural Co-operative Staff Training Institute (ACSTI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 16th of January 2020. Forenoon session was led by Sri.Manoharan K B, Senior Finance Officer, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education on "Public Works' and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Jayesh A G, Senior Grade Assistant, Finance Department on "Kerala Service Rules". Thirty Nine officers from Department of Higher Secondary Education attended the same.
