The 3rd day of five day Refresher training for the SGAs of Treasury Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 18th of December 2019. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Surendralal, IMG Faculty (Rtd) on 'Government Servants' Cocduct Rules and Manual of Office Procedure" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Shaju, Junior Superintendent, Sub Treasury, Mavelikkara on 'PIMS'.
