The concluding day of Refresher training for the employees of Department of Women & Child (Batch XI) conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at National Coir Research and Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram on the 11th of December 2019. Forenoon and afternoon sessions were Sri.Thomas George, BDO (Rtd) on 'Kerala Service Rules'.
