The 4th day of Refresher Course for the Junior Accountants of Treasury Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvananthapuram on the 29th of August 2019. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Salim P, Administrative Assistant (Rtd), DTE on Kerala Service Rules & Kerala Government Servants' Conduct Rules and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Jayavishag from Treasuries Department on 'Income Tax Rules'.
