The 1st day of Refresher Course for the Junior Accountants of Treasury Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvananthapuram on the 26th of August 2019. Twenty Four Junior Accountants from Treasury Department attended the same. Dr.Rajasekhar, Additional Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department led the first session in the afternoon on "RTI & RTS'. The second session in the AN on BiMs & BAMs, which was led by Sri.Yogesh Babu, Senior Accountant, Directorate of Treasuries.
