The 3rd day of six day training programme for departmental Test for the employees of Government Secretariat was held on the 5th of July 2019 at Centre for Training in Financial Management, Thiruvananthapuram. The training sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd) on 'Kerala Financial Code'.
