The 18th day (concluding day) of PRABODHAN, the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Senior Grade Assistants & Assistant Section Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 3rd of July 2019. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Suresh K B, Section Officer on "Kerala Service Rules Part III" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Narandran Pillai, Deputy Secretary, Finance Department on "Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF), Special Development Funds and Asset Development Fund".
