The 3rd day of Training Programme for Account Test for the Higher Secondary School Teachers was held on the 6th of May 2019 at Centre for Training in Financial Management, Thiruvananthapuram. The training sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on 'Kerala Budget Manual'.
