The 5th day of PRABODHAN, the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Senior Grade Assistants & Assistant Section Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 31st of May 2019. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Account Code" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
