The 3rd day of training programme for the officers of Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board was held on the 10th of October 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Financial Code" & Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
