The 4th day of 'JYOTHIS', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Computer Assistants & Confidential Assistants of Finance Secretariat was held on the 10th of October 2018. The forenoon session was led by Dr.Ezhumattoor Raja Raja Varma, Official Language Expert on "Bharana Bhasha Malayalam", and the afternoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose K, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Right to Information Act-2005".
