One day Training Programme on 'Non Plan Finance & Expenditure' for the staff of Information & Public Relations Department was held on the 13th of September 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. Sri.R.S. Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department, Government Secretariat led the class and 23 staff from I&PRD participated the Training Programme.
