One day Training Programme on 'Non Plan Finance & Expenditure' for the staff of Information & Public Relations Department was held on the 11th of September 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. Sri.R.S. Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department, Government Secretariat led the class and 17 staff from I&PRD participated the Training Programme.
