The 2nd day of refresher training programme for the Officers of Finance (Inspection) Wings & Inspection Squads was held online on the 29th of July 2021. Training programme was led by Smt.Preetha B S, Additional Secretary, Finance Department and Sri.Suresh Kumar O B, Deputy Secretary, Finance Department on 'End Beneficiary concept, Resumption, Bank Account Permission, Liquidity Management, Ways & Means Regulations, Treasury Payment Control, Open Market Borrowing and a discussion on important Government Orders and Circulars issued by Finance (Secret) Department and Finance (Streamlining) Department'.
