The 12th day of PRABODHAN, the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Senior Grade Assistants & Assistant Section Officers of Finance Secretariat was held on the 19th of June 2019. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose, Addl.Secretary (Rtd). General Administration Department on "Kerala Govt. Servants' Conduct Rules" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Additional Secretary (Rtd) on "Delegation of Powers of FOs/AOs".
