The 1st day of five day Refresher (residential) training programme (Batch V) for the Food Safety Officers conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at NCRMI, Thiruvananthapuram on the 25th of March 2019. Thirty four officers from Department of Food Safety attended the training. Training programme started with an 'Ice breaking' session, which was led by Sri.Krishnan C N, Course Co-ordinator, CTFM. The afternoon sessions were led by Smt.Mini M K, Joint Commissioner of Food Safety (Enforcement) and Sri.Mony M, Deputy Director (PFA) on "Food Safety Rules".
