The 3rd day of 'CHAITHANYA', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Office Attendants & Clerical Assistants of Finance Secretariat was held on the 22nd of November 2018. The forenoon session was led by Sri.Abdul Vahab E, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Role of Secretariat in General and Finance Department in particular". The afternoon session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose K, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Conduct Rules".
