One day training programme for the officers of District Finance Inspection Squads was held on Friday, the 16th February. The topic was, "Public Works, its scrutiny, inspection and monitoring". The programme, which was spread over two sessions, was led by Sri. Thulaseedharan Pillai, Senior Audit Officer (Rtd), O/o Accountant General, Kerala. Thirty Eight officers from all the 14 District Finance Inspection Squads participated in the programme, which was inaugurated by Sri.P V Rajan, Additional Secretary (Finance) and presided over by Sri. S Anilkumar, Joint Secretary (Finance). The programme focused on Public Works which was enriched by case studies and experience shared by the participants.
