Centre for Training in Financial Management is conducting a five day training programme on basic Legal Education for Governmental Administrative Leaders (LEGAL) exclusively for the officers of Finance Department. The programme is scheduled during May 2024.
The programme will give an overall awareness about our legal system, Administrative and Constitutional Law, Legislative Process, Various writs, court orders, Reading, understanding and compliance of Court Orders etc.
The process of legislative law making, preparing legal documents such as affidavit, statement of facts exetra are also included.
We will also discuss key legal terminology, administrative jurisprudence, cyber law, personnel laws, whistle blower protection, in addition to case studies of different legal issues
