Ø There will be five rounds in the competition
Ø The rounds are
(1) Kerala Service Rules
(2) Kerala Account Code & Kerala Budget Manual
(3) Kerala Financial Code
(4) Kerala Treasury Code
(5) Government Secretariat and Finance Secretariat
(Constitutional provisions, History of Secretariat and Finance Department, Work Distribution of Finance Department, Secretariat Office Manual)

- To develop Facilitation Skills
- To familiarize prospective ‘Finance Trainers’ with modern Training Methods and Tools
- To provide opportunity to experimental application of training methods, specifically for financial management and domain specific subjects.
- To familiarize Instructional System Design
- To have a clear idea about the principles and methods of Andragogy
