"SAMASYA" - Quiz Programme for Finance Secretariat Employees

Centre for Training in Financial Management (CTFM) is conducting a quiz programme for the employees of Finance Department.  The details are as follows….

Ø  Each team will have two participants
Ø  All employees of Finance Department can participate irrespective of designation
Ø  There will be five rounds in the competition
Ø  The rounds are
              (1)          Kerala Service Rules
              (2)          Kerala Account Code & Kerala Budget Manual
              (3)          Kerala Financial Code
              (4)          Kerala Treasury Code
              (5)          Government Secretariat and Finance Secretariat
                          (Constitutional provisions, History of Secretariat and Finance Department, Work Distribution of Finance Department, Secretariat Office Manual)

"Acharya" - Trainers Training Programme

                Centre for Training in Financial Management (CTFM) will be conducting a three-day residential training programme for our officers who wishes to become faculty in our domain specific subjects and other softskill training programmes.
 


        The programme is intended to develop the training skills for the officers of finance secretariat.  The main objectives of the programme are...

  • To develop / refresh / fine-tune trainer platform skills in the prospective ‘Finance Trainers’
  • To develop Facilitation Skills
  • To familiarize prospective ‘Finance Trainers’ with modern Training Methods and Tools
  • To provide opportunity to experimental application of training methods, specifically for   financial management and domain specific subjects.
  • To familiarize Instructional System Design
  • To have a clear idea about the principles and methods of Andragogy

"SAMEEKSHA" - Mid career Training Programme for the Officers of Finance Secretariat


                         As part of the career enhancement programme for the officers of Finance Secretariat, Centre for Training in Financial Management (CTFM) had designed a programmed named "SAMEEKSHA".  This programme will have three modules.  The details of the first module may be seen below.  This programme will be completed in 15 full days arranged alternately, in order to avoid any hindrance to the normal office work.  Please register online in the link below.  You will be intimated the schedule through SMS and nomination letter.
